We didn't start Dear Xime because we wanted to build a baby brand. We started it because we welcomed our daughter, Xime, in January 2026 and we were immediately drowning.
Too much neon plastic. Too many markups. Too much pressure to keep a tiny human entertained with screens instead of just living. We were juggling work, side gigs, and trying to raise a human without losing our minds or going broke. Everything on the market felt designed to overstimulate our kid or empty our wallets.
We wanted safe, minimalist mealtime essentials that actually worked. Suction bowls, divided plates, and bibs that stayed put and didn't trash our kitchen aesthetic. When we couldn't find them easily, we sourced them ourselves.
