Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for all U.S. orders:

  • Standard Shipping — $8.00 (or free on qualifying orders) | Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping — $15.00 | Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been fulfilled or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at wrapsandracksllc@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our return policy below.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging — along with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at wrapsandracksllc@gmail.com. If accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues: Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges: Return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EU Customers: You have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt, for any reason.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
